Regency Management Services is seeking a Sleep Coach in Fairfield, NJ to help customers improve sleep by guiding them to the right mattresses and pillows. The role offers a base pay with commissions and bonuses, plus a path for career growth within Ashley Furniture’s sleep product line.

The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and creating a welcoming showroom experience while achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program by understanding sleep needs and conditions.
• Offering personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley's full range of mattresses and sleep products.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, with emphasis on integrity, customer care, and a commitment to providing a positive experience.
• Create a welcoming, engaging in-store environment
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming showroom
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Compensation, Earnings & Growth Potential

• Guaranteed Hourly rate & base pay
• Commission on Personal Sales paid biweekly
• Monthly Bonus on Personal Sales
