Regency Management Services LLC is hiring a Sleep Coach at Ashley Furniture in Manahawkin, NJ. The role focuses on guiding customers to sleep solutions, fitting pillows and mattresses, and delivering a personalized shopping experience with sleep technology.

You’ll participate in a structured training program and grow with the #1 name in home furnishings. The position offers a base pay plus commission and bonuses, with up to 25% travel and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; furniture sales experience a plus but not required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and a desire to learn.

• Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming showroom
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or leadership experience (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS but not required.)
• Bilingual is a PLUS!
• A passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to learn
