Ashley Furniture in Easton, MD is hiring a Sleep Coach to help customers find better sleep solutions through expert guidance and personalized product recommendations. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional guest experience and building rapport with shoppers in a dynamic retail setting.

Compensation, Earnings & Growth Potential

• Guaranteed Hourly rate & base pay
• Commission on Personal Sales paid biweekly
• Monthly Bonus on Personal Sales
• Overall Store Bonus monthly

What You’ll Do

• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail sales or leadership experience (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS but not required.)
• Bilingual is a PLUS!
• A passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to learn
