Ashley Furniture is hiring a Sleep Coach in Conshohocken, PA for a full-time role that blends expert sleep guidance with outstanding customer service. You’ll help guests select mattresses and pillows, introduce Ashley’s sleep technologies, and earn base pay plus commissions.

You’ll complete hands-on training, work toward meeting sales goals, and collaborate with visuals and operations to keep a welcoming showroom.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training program and learn sleep needs.
• Offer personalized recommendations across Ashley’s sleep products.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with integrity and care.
• Maintain a welcoming, engaging showroom.
• Help meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Collaborate with visual and operations teams to present a polished showroom.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and resolve guest concerns empathetically.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program by understanding sleep needs and conditions.
• Offering personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses and sleep products.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, with emphasis on integrity, customer care, and a commitment to providing a positive experience.
• Create a welcoming, engaging in-store environment
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming showroom
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or leadership experience (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS but not required.)
• Bilingual is a PLUS!
• A passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to learn
