Living Spaces Sleep Center is seeking a Supervising leader to drive mattress sales, manage staffing, coaching, and performance while delivering best-in-class guest engagement on the retail floor. You will ensure training completion, handle escalated guest situations, and partner with leadership to uphold the store-within-a-store concept.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 5 years of retail experience, 3 years supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Tableau

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mattress sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure staffing coverage and proper training for all team members.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff; foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive revenue through on-the-floor selling and guest engagement.
• Handle escalated guest situations and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate on training material and onboarding improvements.
• Maintain the 'store within a store' concept aligned with Living Spaces branding.
• Manage SOPs and store operations to optimize performance.
