Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sleep Center Manager to drive mattress category success by achieving targets and ensuring effective guest engagement. You will lead staffing, training, coaching, and operational excellence to deliver a superior in-store experience.

You will manage a high-performing team, pursue monthly sales and revenue goals, and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through the Living Spaces Sleep Center model. This role is on-site within a Living Spaces location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling to meet standard work expectations; ensure coverage for productivity.
• Deliver training and onboarding, develop materials, mentor coordinators.
• Recruit, lead and develop team; set expectations and drive performance.
