Job summary

Living Spaces in Scottsdale is hiring a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an outstanding guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model in the Sleep Center. You will drive sales via SPH and KPIs while maintaining top buyer satisfaction, and you will keep showroom visuals aligned with Merchandising Standards.

You will analyze daily results, partner with leadership, and support store operations. Strong Microsoft Office skills and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• High volume experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while achieving guest satisfaction per survey results.
• Achieve individual sales performance expectations.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reports.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture.
• Execute style guide directives and oversee merchandising and labeling on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation per guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and tools per procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations and guest experience.
