Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7 to 9+ years of experience in oncology, field reimbursement, market access, or patient services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business KPIs.
• Deep understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively resolve patient access barriers, including prior authorizations and appeals.
• Monitor access issues for hub-enrolled patients and support their resolution.
• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs and payer policies.
• Ensure minimal access barriers for patients to obtain approved therapies.
• Deliver actionable information to practice staff to enhance understanding of payer processes.
• Report payer trends to internal teams for strategic insights.
• Foster collaboration with critical access teams to enhance patient advocacy.
