Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager in Los Angeles to lead and train a team of Sales Engineers. This role focuses on enhancing team capabilities, supporting customer engagements across Cohesity’s Data Cloud portfolio, and ensuring high-quality pre-sales support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise security, strong technical knowledge in data protection, and the ability to mentor technical talent. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SLED environments and responding to RFP/RFI processes.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring Sales Engineers in pre-sales environments.
• Strong technical foundation in enterprise data protection and cybersecurity.
