Job summary

DSI Tech, a Cisco Partner, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative - SLED for the Ashburn, VA office. The role emphasizes aligning Tier I and II vendors with customer needs and requires daily Excel usage for pricing, data entry, and purchase order management.

You will quote for public-sector clients, maintain records, participate in vendor training, and collaborate with warehouse teams and manufacturer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Inside Sales or Account Management experience in the SLED VAR industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and align Tier I and II vendor services with customer requirements and vendors such as Cisco, HPE, HP, Palo Alto, Crestron, Extron, DELL/EMC and Microsoft.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, terms and rates to current and prospective clients.
• Manage multiple purchase orders with accurate data entry in the sales system.
• Quote and sell vendor products and professional services to state and local agencies, schools, and higher education.
