Job summary

DSI Tech is seeking a Federal Inside Sales Account Representative in Ashburn, VA to grow the Federal market by selling Cisco and OEM partner solutions. You will manage quotes, pricing, and purchase orders while maintaining customer data and delivering responsive service.

Strong Excel skills are essential for daily operations. The role requires collaboration with customers, internal teams, and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Inside Sales or Account Management experience in the Federal VAR environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and align Tier I and Tier II vendors and services with customer requirements.
• Provide accurate, timely product information, pricing, credit terms, and rates to clients.
• Efficiently manage multiple purchase orders with accurate data entry in the sales system.
• Quote and sell vendors’ products and services to state and local agencies, schools, and higher education.
