Job summary

This position requires aligning Tier I and Tier II technology vendors with customer needs and proficiency in Excel. Candidates will provide quotes for public-sector clients and maintain organized records to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Inside Sales or Account Management experience in the SLED VAR industry.
• Ability to work independently while being highly organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and align Tier I and Tier II vendors with customer requirements.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and credit terms.
• Manage multiple purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Quote and sell vendors’ products to state and local agencies.
• Participate in vendor product training sessions.
• Maintain records of customer inquiries and feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure service delivery.
