Keeper Security is hiring a results-driven Customer Success Manager focused on SLED within a 100% remote role, with hybrid options for Chicago-area candidates. You will nurture government accounts, grow revenue, and advocate Keeper solutions at senior levels.

You will manage renewals, expansions, and strategic reviews, while leveraging your SSO/IAM knowledge and CRM skills to drive adoption, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable value across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Customer Success Management (upselling/expansion).
• 1+ years of SLED sales experience in software/tech sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.), onboarding & support.
• Experience selling to Enterprise and C-level executives; autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed targets within assigned accounts.
• Provide strong interactions with customers at Senior Management level; build relationships with C-level contacts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Establish business/technical goals via quarterly business reviews and Keeper solutions.
• Maintain cadence with named accounts; troubleshoot and coordinate with Keeper teams to close deals.
