Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a driven, SLED focused Customer Success Manager to join our high producing B2B team. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will grow revenue within public sector accounts, drive renewals and expansions, and partner with senior IT and security leaders to maximize Keeper’s cybersecurity platform value across named accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full cycle SaaS sales or Customer Success Management.
• 1+ years of SLED sales experience within software or tech sales.
• Strong knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding.
• Experience selling to Enterprise organizations and C-level executives.
• Familiar with FedRAMP/GovCloud is a plus; US Person status required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of named public sector accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Meet or exceed revenue quotas within assigned accounts.
• Engage with Senior Management and C-level contacts to form relationships.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells, and upsells with clients.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and align goals with client initiatives.
• Maintain high engagement, adoption, and value delivery across lifecycle.
