Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive communications campaigns in Slate (email, SMS, print).
• Write, edit, and proofread all content for accuracy and tone.
• Build and manage the annual communications calendar with deadlines.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing to align messaging with branding and goals.
• Maintain documentation of communication flows and assets.
• Manage reporting to track communication effectiveness.
• Assist in implementing new Slate features and functionality.
• Serve as backup to the Director of Enrollment Operations.
