Job summary

Augusta University seeks a Slate Communications Manager to oversee student communications via the Slate CRM across campus. You will train users, manage templates and folders, and ensure consistent messaging aligned with university branding.

The role focuses on system administration, reporting, and ongoing support to faculty, staff, and students, driving engagement and enrollment communications with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years in communications, marketing, IT, admissions, or related field.
• Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM is required.
• Higher education experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to create and streamline student communications (email, text, voice).
• Provide regular training and maintain on-demand resources for Slate users.
• Configure Slate deployments and ensure branding compliance across channels.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and metrics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption of Slate across campus.
