Job summary

The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions/Slate Communications Strategist at Drexel University will oversee communications coordination and strategic management of the Slate CRM for first-year and transfer populations. The role requires collaboration with Academic Information Systems and supervising a small team of admissions representatives.

The position is hybrid, with on-campus days several times a week, and involves travel up to two weeks in fall and spring, plus occasional evenings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in admissions/Slate experience.
• Working knowledge of the Slate CRM.
• Ability to travel domestically (up to 2 weeks per Fall and Spring).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills.
• Valid Driver’s License; authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Build, review and launch communications via Slate CRM.
• Create and maintain query libraries for undergraduate admissions and communications needs.
• Onboard new team members providing Slate support.
• Supervise a team of Professional Staff, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Assist with design and creation of communication reports and audits for selection.
• Serve as liaison to the Academic Information Systems Team.
• Create and execute audits regarding applications and selection.
• Maintain a small recruitment territory.
• Participate in development and execution of student recruitment strategies.
• Develop, direct and lead coordination of student enrollment activities.
• Ensure alignment with University policies.
• Work with campus partners to manage communications and marketing strategies.
• Lead presentations to students and families about recruitment strategy.
