Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Slate (Technolutions) as a power user.
• Strong ability to translate enrollment goals into targeted campaigns.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics to drive strategy.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Slate operations (Reader bins, workflows, forms, events, scheduler).
• Audit and maintain data integrity; deduplicate and update records.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and support admissions staff.
• Design and optimize automated communications and drip campaigns.
• Build targeted queries and population profiles for recruitment messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on outreach effectiveness.
