Job summary

University of Louisville/Graduate Admissions seeks an IT Systems Analyst I to administer the Slate CRM, support enrollment workflows, and train staff. The role involves configuring Slate, building campaigns, and ensuring data integrity across imports/exports within the admissions lifecycle.

The analyst will work under the Director of Graduate Admissions and Enrollment Management, handling API connections, data mappings, and ongoing troubleshooting to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proven experience administering Slate CRM or similar systems.
• Strong SQL/query ability for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for Slate customization.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data pipelines (SFTP).
• Analytical thinking, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Slate CRM; provide end-user training and configurations.
• Develop Slate components including forms, campaigns, and portal layouts.
• Run queries, build reports, and monitor funnel metrics for decision-making.
• Design and maintain processing pipelines, queues, and release rules.
• Assist with major enterprise integrations (PeopleSoft, Boomi, CAS).
• Create SOPs and system documentation, stay updated on new Slate features.
