Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute for education.
• Experience with IT/business systems projects and change management.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Configure Slate objects (forms, events, fields, rules, queries, reports, communications) and manage user access.
• Coordinate integrations (PeopleSoft, third-party services) and validate data flows.
• Lead project teams, establish schedules, manage resources, and track milestones.
• Develop project artifacts (requirements, use cases, test plans) and drive stakeholder consensus.
• Analyze functional needs, map processes, and recommend configuration options.
• Plan and execute testing (unit, regression, UAT) and manage releases.
• Monitor data quality, build dashboards, and define data standards.
• Provide training materials and consultative support to campus units.
