• Configure and maintain Slate objects for admissions workflows and manage user access.
• Coordinate integrations (PeopleSoft, third-party services) and validate data flows.
• Lead project teams, create artifacts, and drive stakeholder consensus on scope.
• Develop test plans and manage UAT/QA testing for upgrades or new functionality.
• Support change management, training, and documentation for CRM deployments.
• Build reports and dashboards for admissions data to aid decision making.
