The University of Delaware seeks a CRM Specialist within the Graduate College to manage Slate CRM across admissions, analytics, and communications. You will develop and optimize recruitment campaigns, train staff, and ensure data integrity throughout the enrollment lifecycle.

Responsibilities include dashboards, data reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to implement process improvements and data-driven strategies for graduate recruitment and enrollment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years related experience.
• CRM experience required; Slate CRM preferred; Tableau and Analytics desired.
• Experience building automated email messaging campaigns and data-driven outreach.
• Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proven data visualization and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the graduate admissions CRM across all functions to improve recruitment and admissions efficiency.
• Leads training for end-users to maximize system knowledge and process alignment.
• Creates queries for messaging deployment and enhances campaign efficiency.
• Maintains CRM configurations, joins, and communication modules for data integrity and reporting.
• Develops documentation, process maps and end-user training materials.
