Job summary

The role includes building automation, dashboards, and reports while ensuring FERPA compliance and data security. A Bachelor’s Degree and Slate expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Demonstrated expertise in building queries, reports, workflows, and automated processes in Slate.
• Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, Liquid Markup, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Slate administrator with oversight of system configuration, maintenance, and optimization across enrollment functions.
• Design and maintain workflows, rules, decision trees, bins, and automations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security roles, and access controls for enrollment staff.
• Configure application forms, portals, reader applications, financial aid forms, and advising forms.
• Coordinate Slate system updates, test features, and implement enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions for platform stability.
• Maintain integration connections with SIS, financial aid, and third-party vendors.
• Develop a plan for strategic Slate use across Enrollment Management.
