Job summary

Avalore is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage SLA performance, monitor compliance, and report on service delivery across IT operations. You will identify breaches, propose improvements, and maintain monitoring systems to ensure accurate, timely SLAs for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with IT teams and external providers, partake in service reviews, and help update service catalogs and OLAs. Strong English, clear communication, and MS Office proficiency are required; US work

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Experience or exposure to SLA management and IT service frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage SLA compliance, monitor performance, and report findings.
• Identify breaches and recommend improvements to service delivery.
• Maintain SLA monitoring systems and generate stakeholder reports.
• Contribute to SLA documentation, service catalogs, and OLAs.
• Support service reviews, contract renewals, and IT service management integration.
• Collaborate with IT teams and providers to address performance issues.
