FACE FOUNDRIé is seeking a results-driven leader for our Sarasota store to oversee operations, training, and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and coordinating in-store events and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner and supports schedule planning.
• Assist Manager with training Front Bar Receptionists and ensure brand standards are met.
• Execute marketing plans to drive foot traffic and sales; manage social media and promotions.
• Create on-brand content for social channels and promotional materials.
• Plan and participate in in-store and off-site events to boost brand awareness.
