FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Wayzata skincare bar. You will lead Front Bar Receptionists, support daily store operations, and partner with the Regional Manager to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership or management experience.
• Retail, wellness, beauty, or spa leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and champion a best-in-class client experience
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front Bar Receptionists
• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty
• Optimize staff scheduling to meet business and client needs
• Manage inventory, receive shipments, and maintain supply levels
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase sales and operational efficiency
• Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
