FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the daily store operations and champion a superior client experience. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager to build a high-performing team, drive sales, manage scheduling, and oversee inventory while ensuring a positive, collaborative culture.

The role involves coaching Front Bar Receptionists, delivering excellent customer service, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• One or more years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or spa leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and champion a best-in-class client experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front Bar Receptionists.
• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty.
• Optimize staff scheduling to meet business and client needs.
• Manage inventory, receive shipments, and maintain supply levels.
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase sales and operational efficiency.
• Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in driving an exceptional client experience whilesupporting the daily operations and overall success of the store.
