Heyday in Bethesda is seeking a friendly team member to deliver world-class guest experiences in our skincare shops. You will connect with guests, share product recommendations, anticipate customer needs, and resolve questions to build a loyal client base.

You will be responsible for high-level customer service, educating clients on promotions and memberships, assisting with stock and sales, and supporting Skin Therapists to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Able to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Flexible to work weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Educate clients on current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
• Assist with re-stocking products and assist clients with product sales and returns.
• Assist in daily shop tasks and projects, including sanitizing, cleaning, and general shop maintenance.
• Support the Skin Therapists to ensure a successful check-in and check-out process.
• Work cohesively with all Heyday staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with the training and coaching of new hires.
