Job summary

Heyday in Kirkland, WA is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented guest experience expert to create a world-class skincare experience in our shop. You connect with guests, recommend products, and help ensure every visit feels special.

Responsibilities include providing high-level customer service, educating clients on promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments; assisting with stock, sales, and returns; and supporting Skin Therapists to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Able to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
• Must have superior organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Educate clients on current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
• Assists with re-stocking products and assist clients with product sales and returns.
• Assist in daily shop tasks and projects, including sanitizing, cleaning, and general shop maintenance.
• Support the Skin Therapists to ensure a successful check-in and check-out process.
• Work cohesively with all Heyday staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with the training and coaching of new hires.
