Job summary

Aesop is seeking a Retail Consultant to connect with customers through personalized conversations and sell our products via genuine storytelling. You will master the art of delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships in our store environment.

You will complete retail induction and ongoing learning pathways, participate in product and campaign training, and uphold grooming standards while driving sales and growth for the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused team environments.
• Merchant mindset with customer-focused and commercial drive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with product demonstrations and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store goals and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with personalized journeys and product demonstrations.
• Commit to learning by completing retail induction and training pathways (Methodos).
• Execute retail essentials by maintaining grooming, stock, inventory and store presentation.
• Seek feedback and coaching to grow knowledge and skills within Aesop.
