Ageless Remedies SouthPark Med Spa & Laser Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our on-site front desk team. You will greet patients, check in/out, answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate flow between providers and treatment rooms.

You will maintain patient records, verify information, and help explain treatment plans and aftercare. The role supports the clinical and administrative teams while upholding our compassionate, professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling, patient care and phone etiquette required.
• Motivated to learn the education behind treatments and products.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.
• Proficiency with electronic scheduling systems and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; coordinate patient flow between providers and rooms.
• Maintain accurate patient records and verify information.
• Explain treatment plans, follow-up schedules, and pre/post care instructions.
• Support clinical and administrative teams; organize documentation and assist with payments.
• Contribute to a calm, professional environment aligned with practice standards.
