You will handle scheduling, intake forms, client records, billing, and insurance verifications, while promoting services, maintaining a tidy reception area, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or business education is a plus.
• Experience in medspa, medical office, or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments using our booking system.
• Manage client intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about services and treatments.
• Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist clients with product purchases and provide guidance on aftercare and treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle billing, payments, and insurance verifications as needed.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers and events.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
