Qualifications

• Caring attitude and commitment to helping others live with dignity.
• Reliable transportation and ability to obtain a background check.
• Certifications: CPR and TB test, willing to complete fingerprint check.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered instruction through planned community activities.
• Support individuals in accessing resources and planning engaging activities.
• Take individuals on community outings for appointments, errands or recreation.
• Track progress and document concise case notes.
• Redirect challenging behaviors and facilitate positive resolutions.
• Collaborate with a professional team to ensure comprehensive support.
