Saint Elizabeth Home Care in Rhode Island seeks a Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one in-home care on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays or Saturdays/Sundays/Mondays. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with flexible weekend scheduling.

The RN will perform admissions, revisits, and discharges, deliver patient assessments and education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A Rhode Island RN license and CPR are required, with reliable transportation and a valid

Competenze

• Current unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to drive to patient homes throughout Rhode Island.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance.

The Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate direct patient care to our clients in a one-on-one setting in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) conducts skilled nursing visits to include admissions, revisits, and discharges while providing assessments and education to patients. The Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for Saint Elizabeth Home Care is a part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) is equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications for a Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager - Home Care:

• Current unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience preferred.
