Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Home Care in Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated LPN for full-time day-shift home visits across the state. Join a 1:1 care model to build meaningful connections with clients.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, supported by iPad-based point-of-care devices and essential medical supplies. A current RI LPN license, CPR, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; home care preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care during nursing visits in clients' homes across Rhode Island.
• Work in a 1:1 care model with interdisciplinary collaboration and administrative support.
• Utilize iPad-based point-of-care devices and available medical equipment during visits.

The LPN - Home Care contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The LPN - Home Care for Saint Elizabeth Home Care performs nursing visits throughout Rhode Island and is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our LPNs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications For a LPN - Home Care

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance.
