Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Home Care is seeking a Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one in-home care across Rhode Island. This part-time role covers Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday, delivering admissions, revisits, and discharges with assessment and patient education.

You will join a collaborative interdisciplinary team, travel to patient homes using an iPad for point-of-care tasks, and support clients with compassionate, high-quality care in their familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to drive to patient homes throughout Rhode Island.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in clients' homes on a weekend schedule.
• Perform admissions, revisits, and discharges with assessments and education.
• Work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team with administrative support.
• Utilize point-of-care devices (iPad) and equipment provided.

The Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate direct patient care to our clients in a one-on-one setting in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) conducts skilled nursing visits to include admissions, revisits, and discharges while providing assessments and education to patients. The Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for Saint Elizabeth Home Care is a part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) is equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications for a Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager - Home Care:

• Current unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
