Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/27 positions in our mountain maintenance team in Vermont. Starting wage ranges from $22.99 to $27.05 per hour, with both full-time and part-time shifts available. The role focuses on basic fleet maintenance, inventory control, and teamwork in a safety-first environment.

Applicants should bring mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Housing is not provided.

• Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being an active participant in a safety-oriented shop culture.

This position performs basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance and direction of more skilled mechanics.This role also collaborates with the Parts Lead to manage and maintain vehicle parts inventories. We are looking for an individual that has a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $22.99/hr - $27.05/hr

Job Requirements:

• Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with types of vehicles in our fleet, or mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license / clean DMV record.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• The expected pay range is$22.99/hr - $27.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
