Vail Resorts is now hiring for winter 2026/27 with multiple seasonal positions including cooks, drivers, instructors, and more. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available and housing offered.

Job Specifications

Job Requirements

• Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to ski/ride with equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski to minimum of Level 7.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill preferred.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
