Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking a Fleet Maintenance team member to perform basic maintenance on mountain fleet vehicles under the guidance of more senior mechanics. You will assist with parts inventories and collaborate with the Parts Lead to keep inventories stocked and organized.

This seasonal role offers Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 hours with both full-time and part-time shifts. Starting wage ranges from $22.99 to $27.05 per hour, with eligibility for employee benefits and growth through our

• Vehicle maintenance experience or mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain fleet vehicle parts inventories, including parts purchasing.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on a variety of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance from Intermediate and Advanced Mechanics.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to be part of a team-oriented shop in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being an active participant in a safety-oriented shop culture.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This position performs basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance and direction of more skilled mechanics. This role also collaborates with the Parts Lead to manage and maintain vehicle parts inventories. We are looking for an individual that has a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow.

The expected pay range is $22.99/hr - $27.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
