Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter 2026/27 as a Snowcat Operator in the Pennsylvania region (Boswell area). This seasonal, full-time role involves grooming snow surfaces and maintaining trails for guests, with a starting wage of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

As a Snowcat Operator, you will groom and prepare the snow surface for the skiing guest. Learn tooperatesome of the coolest equipment in the ski industry!Seekingself-motivated, coordinated, and meticulous people to save theirdays forskiing, and use their nights to return the trails to a perfectly groomed state.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr -$23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
