You will attract and engage top talent across trades, working with leadership to exceed hiring objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work in office full time.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred.
• Openness to mentorship and personal growth.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• 1–2 years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Multi-task to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Operate in a metrics-driven environment tracking calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with candidates to align with job requirements.
