Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support national hiring for a wide range of skilled trades. You will collaborate with leadership, drive installation capacity growth, and engage top talent across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades hiring needs.
• Multi-task and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate in a metrics-driven environment, tracking calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to align with job requirements.
