Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to work in office full time
• Must be driven by candidate satisfaction
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred
• Open to guidance and mentorship with growth focus
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on detail
• 1-2 years professional experience

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, tracking calls, interviews, and placements
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to align with job requirements
