Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Skilled Trades / Construction Industry Recruiter to join our team and drive talent for high-profile accounts. You will source, interview, and move candidates through the interview process with urgency in a fast-paced, remote role.

You will collaborate with account managers and leadership to tailor recruitment solutions, maintain candidate data, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles.
• Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with high-demand requests.
• MSP/VMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish.
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines.

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Skilled Trades / Construction Industry Recruiter to join our team!

You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for high-profile, skilled trades accounts. We’re looking for someone who is an incredibly strong sourcer, one who can identify top talent quickly, and move potential candidates through the interview process with urgency. One who has excellent communication and organizational skills, can stay on top of important details in an extremely fast-paced role, and one who can adjust to new demands and direction throughout the work week with ease.

• Location: Remote
• Salary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
• Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

• Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
• MSP/VMS experience a plus!
