Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Foster City, CA to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist in painting, and ensure vacant homes are rent-ready with timely service responses.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team each month.
• Strong customer service communication with residents and team members.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and to company standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready and perform turnkey work as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on apartment homes.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
