You will handle service requests, assist in preventative maintenance, and contribute to a safe, incident-free work environment while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Experience in general maintenance repairs and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Completes service requests and repairs per standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready and performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all safety policies.
