Job summary

BrightStar Care in Plainview, TX, is seeking an RN to provide in-home skilled nursing visits, assessments, and care coordination. You will administer medications, wound care, and IV infusions while developing individualized plans and documenting care.

Travel between patient visits is required; no Oasis documentation is needed. A valid RN license and BLS/CPR are required, with a reliable internet connection and transportation to access schedules and charting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Own device and reliable internet connection to access schedule and charting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient visits.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience

• Experience in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or similar settings

• Active RN license in good standing

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
