Job summary

BrightStar Care Amarillo is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients at home within Borger, Pampa, and surrounding communities. You will work PRN with a $30 per visit rate and weekly pay, serving a 30-mile radius.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas LVN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, and are capable of independent, compassionate care with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification valid.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own device and reliable internet access for schedule and charting.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Borger & Pampa, TX | 30-Mile Service Area | $30/Visit | PRN | Weekly Pay

BrightStar Care Amarillo is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Borger, Pampa, and surrounding communities within a 30-mile radius.

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care according to each patient’s plan of care


• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition


• Administer medications and treatments as ordered


• Educate patients and families on care needs


• Communicate with physicians and the care team


• Complete required clinical documentation

Pay & Schedule

• $30 per visit plus incentives


• Weekly pay


• PRN


• 30-mile service area around Borger and Pampa

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license


• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience


• Skilled home health experience preferred but not required


• Current BLS/CPR certification


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits


• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
