Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Press Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am) in Townsend, MA. The role requires operation and setup of multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed presses, with attention to ink balance, color accuracy, and quality.) You should have at least 2 years of manufacturing/printing experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with printing processes.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years manufacturing/printing experience.
• Familiar with printing process and ink usage.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform setup/changeovers of multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed presses.
• Complete effective press setup including loading stock, setting paper path, ink mixing, die registration and adjustments for color and density.
• Understand and execute order instructions to meet ink density, color matching, size and construction requirements at required quality levels.
