Deluxe Corporation is seeking a press operator in Townsend, MA to manage operation and manual setup/changeovers of multi-color sheet fed or high-speed presses. You will ensure correct stock, ink balance, color matching and precise registration to meet customer requirements, while maintaining equipment and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of printing/manufacturing experience, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years manufacturing/printing experience.
• Experience with Lean principles; basic math, reading and computer skills; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform setup/changeovers for multi-color sheet fed or high-speed presses.
• Load correct stock, set paper path, ink density, color matching, and register to meet job requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep equipment in good condition.
